Welcome to Grabli! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.grabli.in, mobile application, and related services. By accessing or using Grabli, you agree to these Terms.


1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Grabli services.

  • By using Grabli, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.


2. Services Offered

Grabli is a local delivery platform that connects users with local shops, vendors, and service providers in Pilani for items including groceries, fruits, vegetables, snacks, stationery, and household goods.

We act only as an intermediary — Grabli does not manufacture, own, or control the products listed.


3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders can be placed via our website or mobile app.

  • Prices displayed include applicable taxes (if any).

  • Payments can be made via online gateways or cash on delivery (where available).

  • Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled unless the shop/vendor agrees.


4. Delivery

  • Deliveries are subject to product availability and vendor confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided but may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Delivery charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout.


5. User Responsibilities

By using Grabli, you agree to:

  • Provide correct delivery address and contact details.

  • Be available to receive your order at the agreed time.

  • Not misuse the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities.


6. Returns & Refunds

  • Food and perishable items cannot be returned once delivered.

  • Refunds are processed only if:

    • The product is damaged, missing, or incorrect.

    • Vendor fails to fulfill the order.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.


7. Vendor & Delivery Partner Terms

  • Vendors must ensure quality, legality, and timely availability of products.

  • Delivery partners are independent contractors and not Grabli employees.

  • Grabli is not liable for any misconduct, delays, or damages caused by vendors or delivery partners.


8. Limitation of Liability

Grabli is not responsible for:

  • Product quality, safety, or merchantability (responsibility of the vendor).

  • Delays due to circumstances beyond our control (traffic, strikes, natural calamities).

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.


9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, graphics, and software used on Grabli are the property of Grabli and may not be used without permission.


10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Grabli for users who:

  • Violate these Terms,

  • Engage in fraudulent activities, or

  • Misuse the platform.


11. Assisted Purchase on Behalf of Customers

In certain cases, if a product or vendor is not available on the Grabli platform, our team may, on behalf of the customer:

  • Visit local shops or markets to source the required item(s).

  • Perform a basic quality check (QC) before purchasing.

  • Deliver the product(s) to the customer’s doorstep.

Important Notes:

  • Prices may vary from shop to shop; final billing will reflect actual purchase cost plus applicable delivery/service charges.

  • Grabli will make best efforts to ensure product quality but does not provide manufacturer guarantees or warranties.

  • For perishable items (fruits, vegetables, dairy, snacks), customer complaints must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.

  • Assisted purchases are subject to product availability in local shops.


12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pilani, Rajasthan.
