Grabli is Pilani’s own local delivery platform. We deliver groceries, fruits, vegetables, snacks, stationery, household items, and more directly to your doorstep. If a product/vendor is not listed on the app, our team can purchase it on your behalf from local shops.

3. What if the product I need is not available on the app?
No problem! If a vendor has not listed a product, Grabli’s team will personally visit local shops, check quality, purchase the item, and deliver it to you.
4. How much time does delivery take?
Typical deliveries in Pilani are completed within 30–60 minutes, depending on product availability and distance.
Assisted purchases may take slightly longer.
5. What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges depend on distance and order value.
Sometimes we run free delivery offers for specific categories or order amounts.
6. How can I pay for my order?
We accept:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
UPI payments (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, etc.)
Debit/Credit Cards (via online gateway)
7. What is Assisted Purchase?
If a product/vendor is not available on the Grabli app, our team purchases it on your behalf from local shops.
Actual shop price + delivery/service charge is billed.
We ensure a basic quality check before delivery.
8. Can I return or cancel my order?
Perishable items (fruits, vegetables, food, snacks): Cannot be returned once delivered, except for damage/quality issues reported within 2 hours.
Non-perishable items (stationery, household goods): Returns may be accepted within 24 hours, subject to vendor policy.
Cancellation is only possible if the order has not yet been dispatched.
9. How do I track my order?
You will receive updates via SMS/WhatsApp. For app orders, you can track live status in the app.
10. Do you deliver everywhere in Pilani?
Yes, we cover most areas of Pilani, including BITS campus, Hari Nagar, Housing Board, and nearby colonies. If your location is not serviceable, our team will inform you at checkout.
